The primary mission of the Patrol Bureau is emergency response, crime prevention and preliminary investigations through pro-active patrol and emergency response. Contained within this bureau are two platoons consisting of six patrol squads.
Patrol officers respond to incidents, complete initial investigations, submit incident and accident reports, and proactively patrol the community, protecting and serving.
